Term and Conditions

Oasis Bedrooms offers a one-year warranty to the original purchaser that the merchandise purchased from us will be free from factory defects in construction and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Manufacturer's defects in mattresses and waterbed heaters are specifically covered under their respective manufacturers warranties. (See factory warranty for terms and conditions).

At your option, we can provide home service at a nominal trip charge which offsets transportation and travel costs. The travel charge may be waived for merchandise we delivered to your home if a warranty defect occurs and is reported within the first 30 days after receipt.

Warranty service will be provided without charge for merchandise brought to our main Warehouse/Service Department.

This warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective product at the option of Oasis Bedrooms. Any damage or breach of warranty due to consequential losses to property other than the defective product is expressly excluded. All implied warranties are limited to the duration of this written warranty. This is the exclusive expressed warranty. Any and all other statements or expressed warranties are specifically denied.

  • Visible surface damage is not covered under this warranty, unless you report the damage within seven (7) days of delivery.
  • We are not responsible for damage that occurs after customer pick-up from our locations.
  • Acceptance of merchandise from our locations confirms the merchandise was received in good condition.
Warranty Service

A Furniture Technician will evaluate all warranty claims. Some warranty services may need to be performed at the Service Department.

Your Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Fabrics, including linens and mattress ticking
  • Damage from misuse or mistreatment
  • Visible surface damage of merchandise sold “AS IS”
  • Waterbed mattress punctures
  • Merchandise moved from the original delivery address
  • Fire damage
  • Any damage caused by natural disaster

Customer Pick-Up

There are some steps you can take to make picking up your furniture a smoother process.

When Picking-Up Merchandise:

Please call our Customer Service Department to confirm availability of merchandise. Estimated arrival dates are based upon previous vendor performance and are subject to change.

Two of the following are required for pick-up:

  • The presence of the person named on the sales invoice
  • Personal Identification
  • Your original receipt

Also:
  • Make sure your vehicle is large enough to hold your merchandise.
  • Due to insurance restrictions, please come prepared to LOAD and SECURE your merchandise.
  • Allow sufficient time for pick-up, as we are unable to schedule appointments.
  • Inspect all furniture pieces.

Suggestions of Items to Bring:

  • Packing blankets to protect your vehicle and your merchandise
  • Heavy rope to tie down your merchandise
  • A tarp during adverse weather conditions

Customer Pick-Up Hours:

10:00 a.m. To 5:00 p.m. Mon. – Sat.
01:00 p.m. To 4:00 p.m. Sun.

Oasis Bedrooms Furniture Delivery

If you are expecting a furniture delivery, please be aware of the following:

  • Make sure someone 18 years of age or older will be available to accept delivery.
  • Give yourself plenty of time to clear the room and decide where your new furniture will be placed. Delivery technicians are unable to remove existing furniture, electronics, etc...
  • Make sure there is ample room for our service technicians to work.
  • For waterbed service, have a clean standard garden hose available so our technicians can prepare your new mattress for filling.

We'll call you prior to delivery and installation.

We will call you, in the afternoon, on the day before your delivery to provide you with a 3-hour delivery window. If you are unavailable for our call, please call your store to confirm receipt of our message.

In the event that no confirmation is made, the delivery will be rescheduled and may be subject to additional delivery fees.
