decision. So that you can rest easy, your new mattress from Oasis Bedrooms comes with our Comfort Assurance Program. This program provides you a one-time opportunity to re-select a new mattress should you be dissatisfied with your original choice.
Please bear in mind that the amount of time it takes to adjust to a new sleep surface varies from person to person. Some are comfortable immediately, some take a few weeks to adjust to their new comfort level. After 30 nights, most people will know if they’ve made the right decision. Oasis Bedrooms gives you 60 nights on Serta mattress sets, 90 nights on Tempur-Pedic mattress sets, and 120 nights on icomfort by Serta to make sure the mattress you’ve selected is right for you!
If, after 30 nights from the date of your delivery, you are not completely comfortable on your new mattress, you have 30, 60, or 90 days to select a new mattress set. Simply contact your salesperson and they will gladly assist you in selecting another mattress set.
Terms and Conditions
- A handling fee of 10% of the original purchase price will be assessed on all Serta exchanges.
- A $250 handling fee for each mattress will be assessed on all Tempur-Pedic Mattress exchanges.
- Customer must purchase mattress protector before delivery and use it during exchange period.
- "Law" labels must be intact and still attached to the mattress.
- If the mattress reselected is more expensive, the difference will be due. If less expensive, no refunds will be given.
- Damaged or soiled mattresses are not eligible for exchange.
- This offer applies only to purchases $999 and above.
- Mattresses will be inspected before exchange to insure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Waterbeds and Adjustable-Air beds are not eligible for exchange.
- Pillows and Mattress Protectors/Pads are personal items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Flat Foundations (Box Spring) or adjustable/ergo foundations are not eligible for exchange.
- Body Impressions in the mattress upholstery are normal to certain tolerances. Please refer to your manufacturer’s
- warranty card for more information.
